Boone mobile home park lies approximatley 1000 feet west <br /> of the western-most point on the Hancor force main. <br /> County staff have advised Mr. McBroorn that force main taps are not generally <br /> permitted under County sewer policies. Mr. McBroom has also been advised that <br /> exception to County,policy must be made by official action of the BOCC. He has <br /> requested that the situation at Boone mobile home park be brought to the attention <br /> of the BOCC. <br /> As of this date, County legal, planning and engineering staff have not had the <br /> opportunity to fiffly review the circumstances at Boone's mobile home park or to <br /> evaluate the specifics of Mr. McBroom's requests and proposals. <br /> RECOMAMNDATTON: The County administration recommends that the Board: a)receive this <br /> report as information;b) direct staff to fully evaluate Mr. McBroom's <br /> requests; and c)bring an updated report and Mr. McBroom's request <br /> back to the Board as an item for decision at its March 3, 1997 meeting. <br />
