Wade Subdivision. <br /> BACKGROUND: The property is located in Cedar Grove Township at the end of the private portion <br /> of Brooks Road Spur(north side)which extends from the state maintained portion <br /> of Brooks Road Spur(SR 1585), an existing public road approximately 1,000 feet <br /> in length which intersects with Brooks Road(SR 1584). The property is zoned <br /> Agricultural-Residential, and located within the Little River Protected Watershed. <br /> The total acreage of the proposed lot is 2.09 acres, with a residual of <br /> approximately 53.6 acres. The proposed lot and residual acreage are served by the <br /> private portion of Brooks Road Spur. <br /> A Preliminary Plan is being presented to the Board of Commissioners because the <br /> subdivision involves the public dedication of the private portion of Brooks Road <br /> Spur. <br />
