A portion of the area lies in the southeast <br /> portion of Hillsborough Township. The Stoney Creek Basin Small Area Plan was adopted <br /> by the Orange County Board of Commissioners on August 5, 1996. The plan <br /> emphasizes retaining the area's rural character and protecting landowners' rights(see <br /> APPENDIX F - Stoney Creek Small Area Plan Map). <br /> 4.
