38 <br /> 12119196 Final Draft 19 <br /> All site improvements such as roads, utilities (including irrigation and <br /> drainage structures), the golf course, habitat enhancements, recreational <br /> amenities, signage, landscaping, etc. shall be maintained in function and <br /> appearance. Maintenance specifications for on-going site management shall <br /> be submitted as part of the Resources Management Plan. <br /> L Solid Waste Management <br /> The Resources Management Plan shall include a program for the on-going <br /> recycling and composting of refuse from course and landscape maintenance, <br /> as well as solid waste from other course facilities such as a clubhouse. <br /> 8.8.7.6 Pollutant Monitoring Program <br /> An ongoing environmental monitoring program shall be established as part of the <br /> Resources Management Plan to assess the presence of pollutants in surface water, <br /> groundwater, and sediment on site. The monitoring program shall include the <br /> following: <br /> a. Base Line and Construction Monitoring. <br /> (1)Base line monitoring shall be conducted for the three consecutive <br /> months immediately prior to commencement of construction of any <br /> component of the golf course development; <br /> (2)A minimum of three(3)surface water sample stations will be <br /> established. A minimum of three(3) ground water wells will be <br /> installed.A minimum of one(1)sediment sample station will be <br /> established; and <br /> (3) Parameters for sampling shall be as provided in 8.8.7.6c below. <br /> r <br /> (4)During construction of the golf course, obtain quarterly samples from <br /> the same stations required in 8.8.7.6a(2)above; <br /> b. Operations Monitoring <br /> (1)The same stations required in 8.8.7.6a(2)above shall be used to <br /> monitor operation of the golf course; <br /> (2)A minimum of three(3) samples will be taken at each of the surface <br /> water sample locations, two(2)groundwater samples at each of the <br />
