Resources Management and Mitigation Plan including, but not limited to, <br /> construction policies, methods for protecting water resources and natural <br /> areas, pollutant monitoring program, restoration and mitigation plan for <br /> wetlands and other habitats, federal permits as may be required for alteration <br /> of wetlands, maintenance specifications for on-going site management, <br /> including solid waste,water conservation plan; <br /> i. Integrated Pest Management Program demonstrating a monitoring program <br /> for pest problems as well as biological and chemical methods to control <br /> weeds, insects,and disease;and <br /> j. Hazardous Materials Management Plan, including a description of the <br /> program for application, storage, and handling of pesticides, fertilizers, <br /> swimming pool chemicals, and any other hazardous substances; a Material <br /> Safety Data Sheet listing each substance, its known impacts, physical <br /> properties, and protective measures; a Tier Two form stating the location <br /> and quantity of each substance; and building and site plans showing location <br /> and quantities of hazardous materials. <br /> 8.8.7,3 Standards or wolf Courses <br /> The following standards are not intended to address every aspect of golf course <br /> planning, but should communicate a design objective to be applied throughout the <br /> project development. Alternatives to the standards listed may be considered if the <br /> applicant can clearly show that the proposal meets the intent of the ordinance. <br /> a, Siting Course Components <br /> (1) The style and length of the course proposed shall be designed to fit <br /> the existing site conditions with minimal changes.
