The statute further states that the <br /> governing body shall promptly initiate any action necessary to bring jail facilities into <br /> conformity to standards. The report for January 16, 1997, is enclosed for review, and <br /> indicates our compliance with standards. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Manager recommends that the Board of Commissioners receive the report. <br /> Corrective action is being taken as required. <br /> 01/23/97 <br /> c:\msofice\winword\agenda\abstract\jal702O3.doc <br />
