z <br /> .-kDDENDUM TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTH CAROLINA HOSPITALS AND <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> This Addendum will modify the terms of the existing Agreement between The University of North <br /> Carolina Hospitals and Orange County, North Carolina which is in effect through June 30, 1997. <br /> Changes to the existing agreement are as follow: <br /> 1. Orange County agrees to make available one additional Medicaid Caseworker for January O1, <br /> 1997 through June 30, 1997. <br /> 2. The Hospitals agree to reimburse the County within 15 days of receipt of monthly billings for <br /> the county share of tlj.-�salary and benefits involved in maintaining this additional Medicaid Caseworker <br /> position.
