083 <br /> 7. The development shall be built and operated according to the site plan and <br /> attachments supplied by the developer and in compliance with the above <br /> conditions.Construction must start and proceed at a reasonable rate within <br /> twelve(12)months of May 6, 1998. If no construction has started within twelve <br /> months,the permit shall become null and of no effect. <br /> 8. If any of the conditions of the Special Use Permit or modifications to it is held <br /> invalid,the Special Use Permit shall become null and void. <br /> 9. Landscaping of parking areas shall meet or exceed the standards of Article 12.4 <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 10. If a system for wastewater reclamation and reuse is to be implemented, submit <br /> plans and specifications to Orange County simultaneous with application to the <br /> NC Department of Environment,Health and Natural Resources. The proposal <br /> will be subject to review by the County Engineer. Prior to construction of the <br /> system,submit a copy of the approved permit from the Division of Water <br /> Quality.
