081 <br /> The conditions of approval of the Special Use Permit modification are as follows: <br /> 1. The sewage disposal system must at all times be operated and maintained <br /> according to the standards and conditions set forth by the NC Division of <br /> Environmental Management in Permit WQ 0002161 and as may be amended in <br /> the future. <br /> 2. Maintain screening along the eastern boundary line to screen parking areas and <br /> dumpsters to meet the landscape requirements of Article 12.4 of the Orange <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3. With applications for building permits, provide documentation of how the <br /> proposed construction will access the existing sewage disposal system as well as <br /> estimates for any increase in daily flow through the system.Each application <br /> which will create additional demand on the system must be accompanied by an <br /> approval letter from the Division of Environmental Management.All <br /> information will be submitted to the County Engineer for review to determine <br /> that the system demand does not exceed 4000 gallons per day.No building <br /> permits will be approved for additions/renovations without prior approval from <br /> DEM and approval of an amendment to this Special Use Permit. <br /> 3 <br />
