However, l have not represented State Employms' Credit Union in <br /> their acquisition of the referenced site. <br /> The purpose of this correspondence is to provide you with my professional opinion <br /> regarding the impact of the proposed facility on the area. The State Employees' Credit <br /> Union will, at minimum,maintain the area and I have no doubt that it would significantly <br /> enhance the ambiance and values of adjacent and area properties. They design and <br /> construct attractive facilities which will be an asset to the community.
