8 RATE ADJUSTMENT Durham System,Original Time Warner System, NC-0276 Unlike the Chapel Hill system,the Durham system has only two cable tiers of service. Subscribers receiving the Basic Service Tier(BST)will see their monthly BST rate increase by$.74,from$9.66 to $10.40,though the maximum permitted rates(MPRs)will increase by$.43,from$10.00 to $10.43. Time Warner is charging a rate below the MPR.
