This effort will <br /> include preparing draft language to be included in the ROD. Upon receipt of the FTA comments on the <br /> draft ROD, the document will be modified to incorporate appropriate requested changes.A letter to FTA <br /> will be drafted that lists all of their comments and how the team responded to those comments.
