61 <br /> Wangle Regional Project IDevelo Irneint Scope f Work <br /> Deliverable: <br /> IN Broad-based Constituency Development Strategy for Public Involvement <br /> 3.3 Project W61bsite Coordination <br /> URS will continue to maintain the current project website, www.ourtransitfuture.com, as a constant <br /> source of project information with maps, drawings, draft and final documents, and news clips. URS will <br /> work with Triangle Transit staff to provide and place new text, graphics, and other applicable <br /> information on the site. URS will introduce cost-effective information technology (IT) tools on the <br /> website to improve public engagement and understanding, and provide periodic reports of web usage. <br /> The web page address will appear on all project information such as fact sheets, meeting notices, the <br /> telephone hotline and press releases. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> 110 Project-specific website input <br /> 3A Project I Newsletters, Fact Sheets, and Presentation Mlateriak <br /> URS will prepare a series of quarterly newsletters (on topics to be agreed to by Triangle Transit) as a <br /> means to disseminate project information and educate the public about regional and local transit and <br /> transportation issues beyond the D-O LRT project. Newsletters will be both in print and digital format. <br /> The newsletter is designed to disseminate information in a different medium, complement the website <br /> posts, and generally aid in constituency development. Each newsletter will also be translated into <br /> Spanish. <br /> In order to reach nontraditional constituencies URS will place notices/advertisements in special interest <br /> media; provide multi-lingual information and translation at meetings; and schedule meetings with <br /> sensitivity to ethnic observances. <br /> Up to three (3) fact sheets will be developed on topics to be agreed upon with Triangle Transit. Other <br /> narrative and graphic information materials ("infographics") will be developed to supplement the <br /> newsletters.
