In addition, the URS team will do the following: <br /> Perform traction power Load Flow Simulation models for the proposed traction power system. <br /> Determine locations and rating of substations and coordinate with site plans. <br /> Coordinate with the utility companies to locate and design the electrical service connections. <br /> Prepare substation typical equipment layout which will also serve to size the structure. <br /> IN Develop site plans showing the arrangement of the substations within its immediate area and in <br /> relation to the property being used. Utility service will also be included on the site plans. <br /> Single line diagrams will be prepared in accordance with the design criteria. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> N Traction Power Load Flow Simulation Model/Substation Location Report <br /> 9.11.2 OCS Plans <br /> It is assumed that dual wire, high and low profile OCS system will be designed except for Erwin Road. <br /> Erwin Road will be assumed to be wireless or be a single wire system. <br /> Decide on preliminary pole locations and produce OCS layout plans. <br /> Coordinate OCS design with traction power substation and appropriate sectioning. <br /> Coordinate the OCS and Power System design with consideration of future additional expansion <br /> at each terminus <br /> 9 11.3 Signalhng <br /> The signaling design will be coordinated with the grade crossing designs and traffic signal designs.
