Working with Triangle Transit the URS team will prepare a <br /> detailed plan that describes the steps that will be taken to assemble the required information and <br /> conduct assessments of actual impacts of the Durham-Orange Light Rail project and the accuracy of <br /> predictions of those impacts.The plan will be submitted to the FTA for review and approval. <br /> As of February 2013, FTA guidance regarding requirements Before and After Study work plans under <br /> MAP-21 at various stages of the project development processes are still under development, as the <br /> scope and budget for this task is subject to change pending further direction from the FTA. Anticipated <br /> Duration:July 2014—June 2015 <br /> Deliverable: <br /> " Work Plan for the Before and After Study <br /> 8.9 Prepare Request to Enter, Engineeirimg <br /> As of February 2013, it is unclear what the exact reporting requirements will be for a request to enter <br /> Engineering under MAP-21. However, the URS team anticipates that a request to enter Engineering will <br /> require submitting FTA templates for each of the six Project Justification measures, Financial template, <br /> Standard Cost Categories (SCC) workbook, updated PMP and associated subplans, updated financial <br /> plan, updated work plan for the Before and After Study, documentation of completion of NEPA, and a <br /> formal request to enter Engineering. The URS team will prepare the various FTA New Starts templates, <br /> SCC workbook, updated PMP and associated subplans, updated financial plan, updated work plan for <br /> the Before and After Study, and a draft letter requesting entry into Engineering. The URS team will also <br /> prepare other materials as required by the FTA, pending guidance regarding requirements to enter <br /> Engineering. The URS Team will organize the various materials included in the request to enter <br /> Engineering into a consolidated organized package ready for submission to FTA. <br /> Deliverable: <br /> " Request to Enter Engineering <br /> 8,9.1 Update FinaincW Pllan <br /> The URS team prepared a Financial Plan as part of the 2012 New Starts submission and will update this <br /> plan as part of the DEIS.
