IM <br />'ju <br />Firms Willingness to Sign Orange County Standard Contract Agreement for Design <br />Consultant Services <br />We have reviewed the Orange County Standard Agreement with our Professional Liability insur- <br />ance agent. They did advise us of a few words and phrases that may imply different thing to <br />different people. However, none are "deal breakers" as they say, and we trust that these could all <br />be easily resolved thru open, professional discussions. <br />
