137 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with receiving this update and <br />providing feedback to staff. <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board receive the Northern <br />Human Services Center project update and provide direction to staff on the following: <br />1. the summary and outcome of the public meeting held September 25, 2012; <br />2. a potential recommendation for the "Option 2" development path for the project; and <br />3. a potential recommendation to engage a professional design firm for the project through <br />a request for qualifications ( "RFQ ") process. <br />
