13 <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: There are adequate funds within the project account to retain a <br />professional services design firm through a request for qualifications ( "RFQ ") selection process. <br />RECOMMENDATION (S): The Manager recommends that the Board: <br />1) approve "Option 2" as the development path for the project; and <br />2) authorize the Manager to engage a professional design firm for the project <br />through a request for qualifications ( "RFQ ") process. <br />
