Outreach: <br /> ® General Public: Open House: An open house was held on April 22, 2013 to <br /> allow impacted property owners to review staff's <br /> recommendation(s). <br /> Staff sent out letters via first class mail informing property <br /> owners of the meeting on April 12, 2013. <br /> No one attended the open house and staff received no <br /> inquiries. <br /> Public Hearing: Notification letters were sent via first class <br /> mail to impacted property owners prior to quarterly public <br /> hearing, no later than May 10, 2013 in accordance with <br /> Section 2.8.7 of the UDO. <br /> 5 <br />
