16 <br /> 24. 18 Counterparts. This Lease may be executed in two or more counterparts, <br /> each of which shall be deemed an original,and all of such counterparts together shall constitute <br /> one and the same instrument. <br /> 24. 19 Memorandum of Lease for Recording.
