Volunteer Fire Department <br />RIDER NO. 1 <br />13 <br />Attached to and made a part of that certain Master Lease Agreement (the "Agreement ") dated as of June 3, 2013, by and between <br />SUNTRUST EQUIPMENT FINANCE & LEASING CORP., as Lessor, and ORANGE GROVE VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, <br />INC., as Lessee. <br />1. Lessee (i) is a qualified volunteer fire department within the meaning of Section 150(e)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code <br />of 1986, as amended, (the "Code "), organized and operated to provide firefighting or emergency medical services for persons in <br />County (the "Service Area ") which has no other fire - fighting services; and (ii) will do or cause to be done all things necessary <br />to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence as such; (iii) is a party to a written agreement with County <br />( "Governmental Authority") to furnish firefighting services in the Service Area and (iv) the Governmental Authority has duly approved of <br />Lessee entering into the Agreement. <br />DATE: <br />All of the Equipment is either fire trucks, component parts thereof, or improvements to a fire house. <br />The parties agree that this Rider is an integral part of the Agreement. <br />SUNTRUST EQUIPMENT FINANCE & LEASING CORP. <br />LESSOR <br />0 <br />ORANGE GROVE VOLUNTEER FIRE COMPANY, INC. <br />LESSEE <br />12 <br />5/16/ 2013: BQ- ESCfamtem.D0C /rev.01 /04.st1 <br />
