17 <br /> 1 2) Affirming that the meeting space is to be shared with the Town of Hillsborough, the <br /> 2 Orange County Schools Board, and, potentially, the Orange County Cultural Center as <br /> 3 governed by a Board approved Operating Agreement; <br /> 4 3) Affirming that an Operating Agreement to be approved by the Board with the Orange <br /> 5 County Cultural Center, including usage scheduling procedures, rates, and <br /> 6 neighborhood interaction, will be presented to the Board at its September 5, 2013 <br /> 7 regular meeting in conjunction with preparation of project construction documents (any <br /> 8 improvements associated with the needs of OCCC in utilizing the facility will not be <br /> 9 included without adequate funding commitment from the OCCC at the time of design); <br /> 10 and <br /> 11 4) Authorizing the Manager to sign an amendment to the existing Architectural <br /> 12 Professional Services Contract for Corley, Redfoot Architects totaling an amount of <br /> 13 $110,500 for the design, engineering, and construction administration of the permanent <br /> 14 meeting facility. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Chair Jacobs, noted that the Board is aware of the various concerns of citizens and <br /> 17 language has been added to the proposal to address these concerns.
