Board Comments <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Commissioner Dorosin - none <br /> 42 Commissioner Rich said there had been a Rogers Road meeting and the meeting was a <br /> 43 little testy at the end but things are starting to move forward. She said that the water and sewer <br /> 44 district establishment is under consideration. She encouraged the Board to review the agenda <br /> 45 packet from the meeting to become familiar with this before it comes up. She said that <br /> 46 Commissioner Pelissier, Chair Jacobs and she attended Chamber's meeting and tried to set <br /> 47 people's mind at ease on perceived issues. <br /> 48 Commissioner Pelissier said her experience at the Chamber was different. She said the <br /> 49 major themes she heard discussed were economic development, the role of incentives, and <br /> 50 how to address the urban/rural divide.
