2 <br /> TT F <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> WHEREAS, the Orange County Existing Certificate and Voucher Program is <br /> administered by the Orange County Housing and Community Development Department; and <br /> WHEREAS, HUD requires all housing agencies that administer that the Section 8 <br /> Certificate and Voucher Programs to adopt a written Administrative Plan that establishes local <br /> policies for administration of the program in accordance with HUD requirements;and <br /> WHEREAS,the Section 8 Program has undergone many atsun rry and regulatory <br /> changes in recent years which must be incorporated into the local Administrative Plan, <br /> THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orange County Board of Commissioners <br /> approves the Orange County Section 8 Housing Program Administrative Plan dated September <br /> 15, 1998. <br /> This the 15th day of September 1998. <br />
