r t <br /> r <br /> 7 <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> CONTRACT ADDENDUM <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> This CONTRACT ADDENDUM., made this the day of <br /> 1995, is by and between Orange County,North Carolina, a body politic <br /> and corporate "County"), and the Animal Protection Society of Orange County, Inc., a North <br /> Carolina nonprofit corporation("Society"); <br /> WITNES SETH: <br /> WHEREAS County and Society have entered into a contract describing the responsibilities <br /> n operating the prang County of each i e Coup Animal Shelter,which contract,by its terms,may be <br /> renewed from year to year;and <br /> WHEREAS that contract requires Society to quarterly remit boarding fees collected at the <br /> shelter to County; and <br /> WHEREAS the amount of-the fiscal year 1990-91 County appropriation to Society for the <br /> i <br /> ope ration of shelter will be insufficient for its operation if boarding fees are remitted during fiscal <br /> year 1990-91; <br /> NOW THEREFORE, Coun ty and Society agree that for the July 1, 1990-June 3)0, 1991 <br /> iscal Y year the requirement contained in paragraph 2.E. of the contract is amended to require <br /> Society to remit to County only reclamation fees. <br /> IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, ORANGE COUNTY has caused this instrument to be <br /> . e its dui authorized officers and its seal to be affixed by authority of its Board <br /> signed in its name by y .. <br />
