3' STANDARD OF CARE a. The Owner hereby agrees k/ pay to the Contractor for the faithful performance of this Agreement, and the Contractor hereby agrees to perform all of the Work for a sum uot-tV-ezoocd Forty Eight Thousand,Four Hundred and Thirty-Three Dollars ($48,433.00). Not later than the Dftb(jdA day of each calendar month the Contractor shall submit to the Owner a Request for Payment for work done during the previous calendar month. The Request for Payment shall be in the form of standardized invoice nc &DA Document G7O2 and shall show substantially the value of the work done during the previous calendar month. This amount may be paid by the Owner on or before the last business day of the month. Fbuo} payment shall not bc due Um the Contractor until thirty (30) days after all work, including punch list work,has been satisfactorily completed. b. Should ()p/nmr zeoxouub|v determine that Contractor has faded to perform the Work related to u Request for 9uyozuot, Owner, at its discretion may provide the Contractor seven (7) duvo to cure the breach. Owner may withhold the accompanying payment without penalty until such time um Contractor cures the breach. Should Contractor ur its representatives fail to cure the breach within seven (7) days, or fail to rcauonuh|v agree to such modified schedule, ()pvoer may immediately terminate this Agreement in writing, without penalty or incurring further obligation to Contractor.
