The specifications below are intended to describe Orange County's needs. Slight deviations may be <br /> accepted with advance approval bv Orange County Purchasing. Doors, Frames and Hardware: <br /> Install owner provided materials for six(6) interior door sets (frames,doors and <br /> hardware). Five doors are 3' x 6'8"; one door is 2'8"x 6'8"'. Owner to provide <br /> knock down (KD)frames, cylindrical hardware sets, and commercial hinges. <br /> Contractor to provide rough opening to receive frames. Owner to install <br /> keyways and keying. Install four commercial closers on four doors; closers <br /> 5 provided by Owner. <br /> Owner to install two smart card door access systems; Owner to prep <br /> 7 frames and door slabs. <br /> c. Framing &Drywall Partitions: <br /> Frame approximately 66 LF of 3 5/8"of standard commercial 18 gauge studs; <br /> framing height approximately 12'to deck. Insulate interior wall spaces with <br /> Corning R-1 1 or equal insulation. Insulate second deck flo'or joists with Corning <br /> 8 R-1 9 or equal insulation. <br /> 9 Install 1.5" hat-track on all exterior walls. <br /> Install 5/8"gypsum board drywall on installed framing. Tape, mud and finish, <br /> 10 ready for paint <br /> 11 Rough-in and trim one (1) 36"x 36" safety frame provided by Owner. <br /> d.
