<br />*$3,120,815 was originally budgeted in FY2012-13, but costs VVIII be realized in FY 2013-14 due to a delay by the State in approval of the closure plan. The
<br />Landfill closes on June 30, 2013, and closure construction costs of $3,166,846 will be incurred in FY 2013-14.
