2 <br /> LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> RENEWAL <br /> NORTH CAROLINA <br /> ORANGE COUNTY <br /> Whereas, a lease agreement was made and entered into as of the 5th <br /> day of July, 1985 by and between Efland Rescue Unit and Efland Volunteer Fire <br /> Company, Inc., LESSOR, Party of the First Part, and Grange Co un , LESSEE, <br /> , <br /> Party of the Second Part, for premises known as the Efland Rescue Unit Building <br /> in Efland, North Carolina. <br /> Whereas, the LESSOR and the LESSEE mutually agree to the following: <br /> 9 <br /> 1. The lease agreement will be continued for a period of five (5) years <br /> to commence at 12:01 a.m. on July 1, 1995 and terminate at 12:00 midnight on <br /> June 30, 2003. <br /> 2. The County will continue to insure the building commensurate with <br /> policies of insurance through the county commissioners Insurance Pool; <br /> 3. Lessor or Lessee may terminate this lease upon ninety (90) days <br /> written notice to the other. <br /> 4.
