I <br /> Premises. Repairs, painting, material moving and other similar work <br /> that may be done to the Leased Premises by or for Lessee shall be per- <br /> formed by any workmen employed, designated or approved by the Lessor. <br /> 12. The Lessor reserves the right at all times to exclude bootblacks, news- <br /> boys (Loiterers), vendors, solicitors and peddlers From the building, <br /> and to require registration, satisfactory identification and creden- <br /> tials from all persons seeking access to any part of the building, at <br /> times other than during ordinary business hours. The Lessor will exer- <br /> cise its best judgement in the execution of such control but shall not <br /> be held Liable for the granting or refusal of such access. <br /> 13. Lessor has right to assign all Lessees and their employees parking <br /> spaces across the street at Roberson and Maple at the parking lot desig- <br /> nated for office personnel, said parking to be supplied by Lessor as a <br /> part of this lease. <br />
