80 <br /> Animal Control Ordinance <br /> (3) The name,address and telephone number of the location to which the animal will <br /> be taken for the following five days. <br /> (4) The name,address and telephone number of the collector. <br /> (5) The name, address and telephone number of the person surrendering the animal. <br /> (b) A written report containing the-information in subsection(a)of this section shall be <br /> delivered by the person collecting the animals to Animal Services within 24 hours of <br /> the surrender of the animal. <br /> (c) A record shall be kept of the disposition of every animal collected. <br /> (d) Every collector shall maintain a copy,of all receipts and disposition records for one <br /> year. <br /> (Ord.of6-16-1987,, (A)(3), ef. 1-1-1988) <br /> See. 4-100.- Quality assurance program. <br /> A quality assurance program to ensure adherence to this division shall be carried <br /> out within the animal control division. <br /> (Ord.of6-16-1987,§-AY(B),eJj:1-1-1988) <br /> Sec. 4-101. -Application and enforcement of division. <br /> The Animal Services Director shall be responsible for the full and proper <br /> application of this division.
