i <br /> 6 <br /> (b) Organizing Group will cooperate with IBM and Bell South's local <br /> representative(s) in the development and implementation of a marketing <br /> plan to publicize the SeniorNet program, which plan shall be designed <br /> especially to target the IBM and Bell South Seniors. <br /> 5. <br /> Organizing Group agrees to provide SeniorNet with quarterly reports on or <br /> before January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1 of each year, which reports shall <br /> contain such information as may be reasonably requested by SeniorNet. <br /> As part of a yearly report, Organizing Group shall include a written evaluation of <br /> the SeniorNet Program. This report should include information describing the <br /> relative success in attracting participants; participant satisfaction(with emphasis <br /> on IBM and Bell South Seniors satisfaction); corporate client satisfaction; <br /> changes/suggestions for future programming. General comments from Organizing <br /> Group staff and SeniorNet Members (including IBM and Bell South Seniors) <br /> involved in the program would be welcomed. Samples of student work would be <br /> appreciated. <br /> 5. Complain Organizing Group will receive and respond to any complaints from <br /> any source concerning activities at the Learning Center expeditiously and <br /> professionally and will report such complaints promptly to SeniorNet and consult <br /> with SeniorNet during efforts to resolve such complaints. <br /> 7. ts. Organizing Group shall maintain accurate and complete records to <br /> document its expenditures and other dispositions of funds received pursuant to <br /> this Agreement. SeniorNet will request a yearly account of the expenses. <br /> SeniorNet shall be entitled to see such records during regular business hours after <br /> a reasonable notice. <br /> 8. Insurance. Organizing Group shall ensure that its General Liability and <br /> Professional Liability Insurance policies extend coverage to volunteers. <br /> 9. Conditions, Organizing Group has read and agrees to be <br /> bound by Appendix A and by the terms and conditions in this letter. Appendix A <br /> is hereby incorporated into and made a binding part of this Agreement. Please <br /> note that you must indicate the address to which we should send any notices under <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 10. CQmPensatim, SeniorNet will provide the following funding for years 1 & 2 of <br /> the proj ect in the amount of$1000 each year. These funds are to be used for <br /> transportation and lodging for the coordinator or designated volunteer to a <br /> national SeniorNet event.
