31 <br />Animal Control Ordinance <br />(dYrd. of" - IPA -87, �'S1(, off -I-7 fifi ? nv . of "I2-3 -07, e_/: 7 -1 -08/ <br />Sec. 4 -52. - Severability. <br />If any part of this Ordinance shall be held invalid, such part shall be deemed <br />severable and the invalidity thereof shall not affect the remaining parts. <br />(Ord. of6 -16- 1°787, y�Xxll; eff <br />Sec. 4 -53. - Effective date. <br />This Ordinance shall be effective January 1, 1988. Adopted this the 16th day of <br />June, 1987. Upon motion of Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner Hartwell, <br />the foregoing Animal Control Ordinance was adopted this the 16th day of June, 1987. <br />This Ordinance was amended effective <br />(Ord. of6 -16 -1 1787, y�Xx 1; efJ. <br />Sec. 4 -54. - Appeals. <br />Any appeals of the Chapter shall be to the Orange County Animal Services Advisory <br />Board within 5 days of the final decision of the action.
