32 <br />In the final exercise of the workshop, the partici pants once again combined into one large group with <br />representatives from both Lee and Moore Counties. In this exercise, each participant was given seven <br />stickers and asked to place stickers on the strategies that they considered to be the highest priorities for <br />implementation within the next four to five years.
