e <br />In the second exercise of the workshop, participants worked in smaller groups at the individual county <br />level to examine strategies that could potentially be used to address the area's needs. The participants <br />were asked to examine a list of potential strategies, determine whether that was an appropriate type of <br />strategy to use within that county, and consider which needswould be addressed by that strategy. They <br />were also asked to identify any additional strategies that should be considered.
