21 <br />In the final exercise of the workshop, the partici pants once again combined into one large group with <br />representatives from both Chatham and Orange Counties. In this exercise, each participant was given <br />seven stickers and asked to place stickers on the strategies that they considered to be the highest <br />priorities for implementation within the next four to five years.
