These changes to the zoning ordinance are proposed as companion <br /> amendments with proposed amendments to subdivision regulations. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> Request Amendments propose changes to the zoning ordinance to define "flexible <br /> development" and "open space" in a manner that is consistent with existing and proposed <br /> provisions of the subdivision regulations.
