Exhibit D <br /> DEED OF TRUST <br /> AND <br /> ASSIGNMENT OF RENTS, PROFITS AND INCOME <br /> THIS INDENTURE, made this day of , by and between <br /> The Arc Orange County Housing Corporation #4, Inc. , a corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of North Carolina <br /> having its principal office and place of business at 5509A W. Friendly <br /> Avenue, Suite 101, Greensboro, NC, hereinafter called Grantor, and <br /> , Trustee, and the United States of America acting by and through the <br /> Secretary of Housing and Urban Development hereinafter called <br /> Beneficiary. <br /> The Grantor is justly indebted to the Beneficiary in the <br /> principal (capital advance amount) sum of Nine hundred forty thousand <br /> nine hundred Dollars ($940,900. 00) , evidenced by its Note of even date <br /> herewith, said principal being payable as provided in said Note with a <br /> final maturity of , which Note is identified as being <br /> secured hereby by a certificate thereon. Said Note and all of its <br /> terms are incorporated herein by reference and this conveyance shall <br /> secure any and all extensions thereof, however evidenced. <br /> NOW,.
