Introductions <br /> Chair Jacobs asked for a moment of silence for those who were injured or lost <br /> their lives in Boston. <br /> Pat Garavaglia, Chair of Department of Social Services (DSS), said there are <br /> DSS members absent tonight due to illness or schedule conflicts. <br /> Nancy Coston reviewed the agenda and said DSS is going through the biggest <br /> changes in their programs especially in the area of economic support. <br /> 2.
