Board of County Commissioners - continued <br />FY 2012 -13 Outcomes <br />Provided BOCC meeting support for 58 meetings and was the administrative lead for <br />Granicus <br />Transference of massage applications from Clerk's office to the Sheriff's Office as a "one - <br />stop shop" for these applications (due to the requirement of background check performed by <br />the Sheriff's Office) <br />Implementation of Advisory Boards Policy and new on -line application and residency <br />requirements <br />Closed Session minutes — 16 drafted and BOCC approved <br />Continued push out of agenda and meeting highlights before Board meetings. <br />• Continue to assist the media in their coverage and understanding of County issues along <br />with PIO <br />Assisted in the implementation and training of departments on the in -house agenda <br />preparation program to improve efficiency for departments submitting and tracking agenda <br />items.
