<br />Asset Management Services: Administrative Division
<br />Major Services
<br />Manage and support capital projects as identified in the Capital Investment Plan (CIP),
<br />including departmental support and guidance for Solid Waste, Planning, and Orange County
<br />Sportsplex capital projects.
<br />Acquire and manage real estate, including leases, as may be needed for County operations;
<br />and coordinate space allocations for County departments.
