Position Classification and Pay Plans - continued <br />The Cost of Living Increase is applicable to all permanent employees. Historically, the <br />County has applied the Cost of Living Increase as an adjustment to the County's salary <br />schedule. <br />The purpose of the In -Range Salary Increase is to provide for the employee's <br />advancement in the salary range in relation to new hires and in relation to the labor <br />market as the employee gains additional experience and proficiency.
