Revenue Comments - continued <br />Delinquent Taxes - Taxes in this <br />category include amounts of unpaid <br />collectible property taxes from prior <br />years. Dog and cat owners in Orange County are required to obtain licenses for their <br />pets. For FY 2013 -14, the fee remains at $10.00 for sterilized pets and $30.00 for un- sterilized <br />pets. Owners of guide /assistance dogs and owners over 62 years of age whose animals have <br />been spayed /neutered are exempt from this fee. $195,000 is anticipated in FY 2013 -14 from <br />the issuance of pet licenses. <br />ON <br />
