<br />To operate public facilities receiving and processing various types of materials
<br />including Municipal Solid Waste, Construction and Demolition Waste, yard waste, hazardous
<br />wastes and recyclables to provide high quality, reliable, cost - effective containment and
<br />management of these materials ensuring the protection of the environment, health and safety of
<br />the citizens of Orange County.
