Budget Highlights Due to federal sequestration, the department budget for rental subsidies has been reduced by 5 percent, from the prior year. Additionally, the department learned of an additional reduction ($7,329) in late June. The loss will be addressed with the Countywide sequestration impacts, in the fall. Ii C11.1
