The <br />objective is to complete the following for 2013 -2014: <br />• Enrollment Form. <br />• Accreditation Agreement. <br />• Publications Subscription and Access Agreement. <br />• Improve the hiring and selection process: <br />• Revise the screening and application process <br />• Improve the selection process <br />• Improve the retention rate by: <br />• Strengthening the training program <br />• Hiring a full -time 9 -1 -1 dedicated Training Coordinator <br />• Hiring a full -time 9 -1 -1 dedicated Quality Assurance Officer <br />1i <br />
