DEAPR - continued <br />Promote best land use and total resource management systems; agricultural conservation <br />planning that includes sediment and nutrient reduction, wildlife enhancement, water quality <br />improvement; and reforestation through available cost share /incentive programs. <br />Provide technical assistance to urban landowners; assessment, planning and designing BMP's to <br />retrofit and treat water quality concerns with sediment and storm water runoff problems. Continue <br />successful abandoned well closure program working directly with and using guidelines from the <br />Orange Co.
