<br />Promote best land use and total resource management systems; agricultural conservation
<br />planning that includes sediment and nutrient reduction, wildlife enhancement, water quality
<br />improvement; and reforestation through available cost share /incentive programs.

<br />retrofit and treat water quality concerns with sediment and storm water runoff problems. Continue

<br />Maintain a high level of customer service through agriculture implementation of best management
<br />practices (BMP) that will improve soil and water quality in watersheds and utilization of incentive
<br />programs.
<br />Increase awareness and advance County, state and federal programs that provide education,
<br />technical and financial assistance to agricultural and non - agricultural landowners, public and
<br />private, to protect Orange County's natural resources.
