Harvey, Current Planning Supervisor with Orange County, North Carolina, DO <br />HEREBY CERTIFY that in accordance with the provisions of Section(s) 2.3.6 and 2.8.7 of <br />the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance I have mailed, or have caused to be <br />mailed, a Notice of Public Hearing via first class mail to be held regarding the processing of <br />a County initiated Zoning Atlas and Future Land Use Map Amendments involving 11 parcels <br />of property along Eliza lane in the Cedar Grove Township of Orange County being located <br />within the County's planning jurisdiction as a result of the Orange - Alamance County Line <br />Adjustment project consistent with Session Law Session Law 2012 -108 (commonly referred <br />to as the `9% line') enacted by the North Carolina General Assembly on June 28, 2012. <br />The owners were identified according to the Tax Records and as required by Section 2.8.7 <br />of the Orange County Unified Development Ordinance. <br />The mailed notice specified the date, time, place and subject of the Public Hearing. <br />WITNESS my hand, this 10" day of May 2013. <br />Michae y, AICP <br />Current Planning Supervisor <br />36 <br />
