At the November 13, 2012 <br />work session, the BOCC reviewed and provided comment on proposed revisions to these <br />policies to address organizational and other changes (see Attachment 4 — Presentation from <br />Board's November 13, 2012 Work Session). The comments and requests received at the <br />November 13 work session included- <br />1 . That standard operating procedures be developed related to indoor and outdoor lighting <br />as part of the annual "Energy and Water Conservation Action Plan "; <br />2. That the use of metered faucets be examined for use at the Central Orange Senior <br />Center, and other locations, as part of the annual "Energy and Water Conservation <br />Action Plan "; <br />3. That the annual "Energy, Water And Fuel Performance Report" be presented during the <br />annual budget process; and <br />4. That the wording of Section E, 6. "Employees" of the "Vehicle Fuel Conservation Policy" <br />be revised to include a general reference to the process by which drivers acquire fuel <br />rather than specific identification of a "card system ". <br />• Items 1 and 2 are currently being addressed by AMS staff working with relevant vendors, <br />service providers and affected departments. <br />
