She said this will happen in multi-year phases, with Phase 5 <br /> 37 slated for completion in 2015/16. <br /> 38 She said there are over 6,000 food and nutrition services cases in Orange <br /> 39 County and staff has worked to get all of those entered into the system to complete <br /> 40 Phase 1. She said the green light for beginning work on the combined Phase 2 and 6 <br /> 41 will be June 17, 2013. She referenced these in the slide on NC FAST Phases. Phase 3 <br /> 42 is set to begin in the end of 2013 or beginning of 2014. <br /> 43 Lindsay Shewmaker referenced the slide on NC FAST Issues and said that this <br /> 44 web based application looks very different than what the staff are used to, and it has a <br /> 45 very steep learning curve. She referenced the number of cases due, versus the number <br /> 46 completed. She said that in December 400 re-certifications for food nutrition services <br /> 47 were completed out of 700 that came in. She said it was a struggle to get these done in <br /> 48 a timely manner. She said that these are normally completed a month ahead, versus <br /> 49 the current time of two weeks ahead. <br />
